Hey Nicole, and all the other crew of the hotel Talschenke !

We had a really good time in your hotel for the surprise of John's 60th birthday and his pension !!
Thanks for the good food, for all the smiling persons who served us. It was better than we had hoped for !!
The party on saturday with the gourmet-meal was a big succes !! everybody liked the food so much and the table was so nice xxx

I send you hereby some pictures of your (crazy) group and the norwegian couple.
My husband his biggest passion is Norway, and that was the "red line" through the weekend. I invited the norwegian couple as a surprise, and all the other guests were also already in Norway. So we had a lot in common, a lot to talk about, and laugh (sorry for our big laughs in the evening... hi, hi). The norwegian couple was never before in Germany, and they liked your country very much.

I have written some nice words on www.eifel.de about your hotel ! it's really a good place to stay for having a good time. We wish you a lot of succes in the future, and i think we will come back some day !!

Geachte familie Schade und das Team,


Het verblijf in jullie hotel is ons honderd procent meegevallen.
Onthaal, bediening van de heerlijke spijzen, de kamer en inrichting en dit alles voor een prijs/kwaliteit verhouding die geen gelijken heeft. Wat wij als vlamingen in ons buurland zoek is zeker " die deutsche gemütlichkeit" wat wij bij jullie vonden.
De ligging in het dal van de Kall waar rust en natuur nog ongerept te vinden zijn is een aanrader voor elke wandelaar.

Dit hotel is in een woord fantastisch,personeel,de eigenaars,de kok iedereen is super vriendelijk.
Een vraag of info is nooit te veel.
De keuken is zeer goed en gevarieerd,een aanrader in de winter het wild menu een culinair hoogtepunt.
Ook het hotel is qua hygiëne zeer goed en super clean.

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war sehr angenehm.

Ausgezeichnetes Essen und aufmerksames Personal
haben entscheidend dazu beigetragen auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Sonne scheinen zu lassen !

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder !
